Dealer Data Transfer Options

Tutorial - There are a few different ways to add records to be surveyed. You can review the steps outlined below.

Login

Step 1

Login at www.valueaddedonline.com.

If you need to request your password, click on
"Request Login Info"

Add 1 Record

Step 1

From the HOME page, locate on the left side navigation menu under COMMUNICATIONS - the Customer Satisfaction Surveys » tab and click on it.

Step 2

At the top of the chart in the center of the page click on
Add Records To be Surveyed.

Step 3

At the top of the chart in the center of the page click on
Add 1 Record.

Step 4

To add records one at a time, fill out all the required information for the best results. Fields with astrics (*) are required fields.

The time zone for your customer will be captured from the state, so be sure you have selected the correct state data field. Next, click "Insert" to add the record.

Import From List

Step 1

From the HOME page, locate on the left side navigation menu under COMMUNICATIONS - the Customer Satisfaction Surveys » tab and click on it.

Step 2

At the top of the chart in the center of the page click on
Add Records To be Surveyed.

Step 3

At the middle of the chart in the center of the page click on
Import From List.

Step 4

Import From List will add many records from an excel file at one time. You can download a template file for formating (located right above the chart). For the best results fill in all the required fields and save your file. It can then be uploaded by clicking on the "Browse" button to find it on your computer. Once you have selected your excel file then click "Submit" and your records will be added.

FTP Data Transfer

Step 1

From the HOME page, locate on the left side navigation menu under COMMUNICATIONS - the Customer Satisfaction Surveys » tab and click on it.

FTP Data Transfer.

Step 4

FTP Data Transfer is an advanced method of adding your records and is not the preferred method.

FTP data transfer is an excellent way to quickly submit numerous records. The process can easily be automated by most IT staff members. Please create the file you export to the site, exactly like the example.

DMS Automated Repair Order Transfer

Step 1

For a fee of $179 per month your DMS can automatically send data to the AAR survey program. The only requirement is that your dealership fill out the below form and fax it to: 949-209-5255 or email DealerEnroll@eJetCom.com.
